"Great find. Clean rooms, nice beds, kitchen, full-size refrigerator. The worst thing I can say is there is no sign outside the hotel (just on the street and you have to be looking for it). It was convenient for downtown activities and seeing family in Clarence. Stores down the street."

"The hotel staff at front desk and house keeping staff were amazing! The restaurant staff was never available to seat people. Although there was a sign stating you had to be seated. The waitress at breakfast was slow, rude, incompetent, and clearly unmotivated. I personally watched someone just leave after no attendance from waitress! The evening waitress was (with a broken finger) clearly giving it her all! The food was good for the price point. The beds, and I know this is personal preference, were very soft. But clean and well made. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. The one thing my husband and I both noticed, the floors in the lobby and the room were sticky. We assumed too much cleaning product not enough water. "
