"Great spot"

"Good news was the breakfast and location near our destination. Large fridge and freezer is good. The room was generally clean but the kitchen floor was a little sticky, the toilet seat moved, and the couch in the TV Room was either broken or underneath the cushions or frame on the one side was lower than the other side. They could of gave us a few extra towels as we were there for 2.5 days and no cleaning done to the room. Overall I would rate it a "B""

"breakfast was good and a lot of variety. Even with kids teams that must have been there for tournaments, they enforced quiet time and didn't interrupt our visit. Room was updated nicely"

"The room was put together but definitely dirty, there were hard gummies of some kind on the floor, the TV remote didn't have any batteries and when we got some, the remote didnt work lol. We only had two small pillows and a sheet blanket for the bed... i could go on but it met the basic need of a room for cheap... I guess thats what you get at the cheap price you pay"

"Breakfast had a good selection of both hot and cold options. Only suggestion is to have 2 dispensers of regular coffee. Ran out of regular coffee and it took a long to E to get more."

"Me and my son have been staying here for a couple weeks now and while we've been here my son has cleaned up trash cleaned up animal waste and definitely has made the place look a lot better I've done detail cleaning to my own room other than that I'd love to give some of the mates lessons on how to clean."

"Extremely inexpensive, but its clearly reflected in the lack of quality. The room reeked. There were roaches, ants, and flies. The room looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months. These are just several of the issues with the room/property, but nowhere near a complete list. There are other hotels within close proximity to this one. I would strongly suggest booking elsewhere if you can afford to. This hotel was disgusting."

"Beautiful setting Quiet Wonderful breakfast Comfortable accommodations Easy check-in/check-out Beautifully appointed rooms in the main house, with antiques everywhere. The bathroom shower we had was a little inconvenient and I could see that some folks could struggle getting in and out of the large claw-foot tub. There are no grab bars. It wasn't particularly difficult for us, but could be a trip/fall hazard for others. Overall, the inn provided an exceptionally nice experience. I would...
