"Property is located directly in the city square (diamond). It’s close to several pubs and shops where we found everyone very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy with keyless entry. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. There was no lift, which we were aware of but something to consider for those with mobility limitations. Highly recommend. "

"Breakfast, dinner, bar, pool and staff were all good. It's great that there's aircon in the bedrooms but unfortunately it was insufficient to cool my room. There was also hair on the pillow, the straps on the mattress protector were broken and so the bed clothes were loose and both bottles of water in the room had been drunk by a previous guest."

"This hotel would be difficult to navigate if you require mobility assistance. Stairs everywhere. No AC. I brought Small fan. Do not know if fans are available for the room. Rooms were clean. No washcloths. Requested extra hand towel for washing. The pub had live music the night we were there. Cute downtown area. Right in the middle. The view of the water was beautiful. Self parking in paid city parking. Does have an indoor pool and workout room. "

"As a sales representative I travel the 32 counties ,value for money is important but the basices of Wifi and parking are also as important. On arrival there were signes around the hotel offering apologies for the lack of wifi service. This was not mentioned during the booking and was not reflected in the room price. I stayed 3 nights and the room was cleaned each day, to a good standard but did not have the shampoo bottle replaced. "
