"We moved rooms 3 times due to issues, no refund was offered. Absolutely a mess of a trip. AC didn’t work, rooms were disgusting, and they left our door unlocked and propped open as the lock didn’t work. DO NOT STAY HERE"

"Hotel was wonderful, but Expedia was awful! Cancelled my reservation as I arrived. Thank to Mel for getting me a room without using Expedia! Pay the extra, and book yourself! Leave Expedia out of the equation ! "

"We have never been so disgusted in a hotel. The hotel was filthy stained floors furniture and walls and a weird smell. The towels were messy and covered in black stains. The breakfast was a joke, a couple slices of white bread and a-pitcher or milk in a fridge. People smoking in non smoking spaces. The staff was rude about us checking in “late” 6:30pm on a Friday saying they didn’t have much availability for the room type we booked, when they said the earliest possible check in was 4 pm. Our experience was so bad we cut our vacation a day short rather than stay another day."

"I have been in this area a lot and never gave any attention to the hotel. I am moving out of my apartment that is a few miles away and did not like the look or reputation of several hotels in the area. I did book another cheaper hotel in the area. My wive was very uncomfortable with what she had heard, and possibly saw in the parking lot. When we got to our room, she really did not feel save or comfortable. I looked on Expedia and found the Hampton very close and with a good price. After we arrived at the hotel, it looked a lot better and cleaner. Check in was easy and the clerk even gave us some biscuits for our dog. The room was very nice and comfortable."
