Happy with our choice in Arica.

Happy with our choice of hotel in Arica. Relatively quiet, a little walk from the town but not a problem. Nice to have 2 pools close to the sea. Hotel a little " tired" in parts but comfortable. Breakfast buffet very good. Enjoyed bar and restaurant food too. Staff generally good.

Excelente vista e péssimo atendimento

O hotel é maravilhoso, quarto espaçoso e limpo e com excelente vista. Café da manhã bom, sem variedade. O grande problema é que o hotel recebe diversos eventos, casamentos etc. E os hóspedes são deixados de lado é impossível usar os serviços de piscina, restaurante e bar. Os atendentes não dão atenção e pedem paciência e se você vai para relaxar é quase impossível. Nos quatros dias que estive no hotel só aproveitei um sem eventos.

Hotel de pasajeros o eventos?

Mala experiencia, hace años era bueno pero ahora privilegian los eventos, matrimonios, almuerzos de empresas y otros y los pasajeros pasan a segundo término. A las instalaciones les falta un update principalmente en poner ventanales con termopanel en habitaciones para aislar del ruido.

Falta de control al cargar consumos a la habitacio

Como hotel en general, muy buena experiencia excepto por desprolijidad en el reataurant donde cancele dos co sumos con tarjeta debito por los cuales mantengo los recibos y sin embargo aparecieron como cargo a mi habitacion en el estado de cuenta final al momento de check out. No creo en un error. En ningun momento entregue el numero de mi habitacion al consumir. Alguien cargo consumos entregando mi numero de pieza al azar?...Como controlan quien es quien al momento de consumir y entregar numero de habitacion?? Otros hoteles en el mundo realizan check del pasajero al ingresar al restaurant o bar y servicios y solicitan ver la llave de la habitacion incluso toma do prueba fotografica de esta. Resultado: Confianza de que estos errores no sucedan.

Surprise in Arica, Chile

The hotel is well located, right on the beach. The common areas were actually nice looking. The rooms were a bit tired (paint dirty, tile broken, mold in shower, drain wouldn't drain properly, etc.) The bed and pillows were fabulous. The staff was great, breakfast was very good and plenty of it. I'd go back, for sure.

Una estadía perfecta junto al mar

El hotel es muy lindo. Las piscinas y partes exteriores se asocian perfectamente, y con muy buen gusto, al mar. La decoración de las habitaciones es alegre y adecuada. El personal atento y cordial. Un lugar para volver sin ninguna duda.

Trato nefasto de la persona de recepcion

Al llegar tuvimos que cambiar 3 veces de habitacion, hasta que nos proporcionaron una habitacion como habiamos reservado. El hotel esta viejo y necesita una renovacion completa, el wifi no llega ni a las habitaciones ni a la piscina.

Descanso en Arica

Excelente experiencia. El hotel es muy lindo, cómodo al lado del mar. Ubicación ideal para descansar. Además el personal del hotel fue siempre muy atento y servicial. Un excelente hotel al cual volveré la próxima vez que vaya a Arica.

Detalles

Check in y check out expedito, solo recomendaría mejorar las áreas del hotel que ven los pasajeros desde sus habitaciones, especialmente patios traseros. Adicionalmente, las aves en el sector son bellas y le dan un toque silvestre al entorno, pero son molestas cuando se suben a las mesas cuando el pasajero se levanta o se descuida.
