Lost World Concept is good but bed sheet was blackist in colour and dirty. We stayed on 1x night and forgot the 2nd night.

A must visit site. The water park and attractions are world class, and clean. Many exhibits in the petting zoo are not commonly found even in many well known zoos. As for the property itself, some minor maintenance work will help to improve it more. The breakfast could be located within the property instead of having guests having to walk 100m (would be challenging when it pours). A fitness facility would also be a great addition. The room safe does not have backlighting, so in the darkened area, it is very hard to see what's being keyed into the keypad. TV displays could be bigger. Staff is great - friendly and helpful

Returning here after about 4 years. The hotel room and staff are as usual. They are awesome, quick, and attentive. Had a wonderful time in NightPark as well. They increased the number of food options inside the park and prices are reasonable too. I hope Sunway Team can give more attention to the children's pool maintenance. I found the stairs are rusted and most of the slide's paint peeled off and lost the smoothness.

Just need to maintain ( regular check up & repair ) all item in the room. Don’t just trust non Malaysian workers there. My bathroom that time I found cockroach & small non dangerous insects. I’m not upset but that is my opinion. I’m not vip customer but can say frequent customer. My family just love lost world hotel. Been there every now & then. Also the price is to much for family room. Sorry for my harsh words 🙏. I’m not willing to be call for this thing. Thank you ..

Excellent location, great staffs. Will stay again.
Excellent hotel just directly at the Lost World Theme Park. We stayed for 2 nights. It was just so convenient to walk over to the theme park and back after playing on the rides and water areas. The breakfast area is over at the theme park entrance as well and that was really convenient. Breakfast was ok, although it could have been better with more variety etc. The toaster machine was rather slow and a long queue started to form. They could have just left the hardboiled eggs in a tray for guests to pick up, rather than having us to wait to ask the staff for it as they were so busy cooking the eggs. Another grouse was that there wasn't any sheltered linkway from the hotel to the theme park as it was raining on one of the days that we were there and we had to run back to the hotel in the rain. The service was excellent and the staffs were so helpful and friendly to the guests. There is a MacDonald's nearby that had recently started operating 24 hrs. It was good as there wasn't any eateries inside the theme park after 9pm and the last order at the hotel was 1030pm. Had placed a RM200 deposit using my (prepaid) Youtrip card. And the money was locked in. Had to wait till 7 days before they released the money and I could use the RM200 which my trip was over by then. Was a bummer as I didn't have much cash on me and the Youtrip card was my only source of funds (apart from CC). My advice would be to just use a RM100 cash deposit or a dormant credit card for the deposit.

The property is near to the theme park. TV is old and remote control was low battery. Very inconvenient as only one side with two lifts to rooms. Breakfast choice was limited, no salad bar, roti canai, choice of bread also limited. Not value for money.

Only shower and sleep
The property itself is quite good, and just across from the theme park. What surprised us, as we checked in at 7 pm or so, there were no restaurants on prem or anywhere walkable distance. No room service either. We were told to 'Grab'. The hotel is basically a place to shower and sleep after the activities at the park.

We went there for our 3rd anniversary Thanks for the room upgrade. Breakfast Was very very poor. Not international standard at all. I can’t Imagine how other people think about this issues. I askaed for hard boil eggs... they said is not available...And we don’t serve here. I said just boil water n put the egg. 10 min is ready. Answer is no. No yogurt no salads for breakfast...no low fat milk...No pastry’s all... Breakfast spread super low quality Station 1 sausage , baked bean, hash browns Station 2 eggs counter very poor selection Station 3 curry noodles Station 4 fried noodles Station 5 coffee /tea /milk / water and watermelon juice. 3 type of Cereal, white bread , wholemeal butter n jam. Super low cost breakfast. What is The EXECUTIVE CHEF Role here? I’m super ashamed with this breakfast in this property. I didn’t aspect that this will ruin my stay.

thanks for the fast service and response from the front office and engineering guy to change my room as my room airconditioning was not working (it was pretty warm) after coming back from the park. breakfast was great. will definitely be coming back again. Thank you! :)

Overall, my partner and I had a wonderful stay at the resort. All the staff were so courteous and approachable. We had an issue with the aircon and immediately we were upgraded to deluxe room and the staff were so apologetic. When we checked out we were given a token of appreciation from the manager too. Great resort and an excellent amusement park. Even their breakfast buffet was commendable. Truly a great place especially for families with children to take a vacation. 👍👍

I like the complimentary hot spring tickets for 2 pax per night. Walking distance to the lost world of tambun, very convenient. However, the breakfast is below the expectation.
