We got great advice about restaurants (Alex helped us get a reservation at a very hard-to-get-into restaurant!), what to see (and what to miss), and everything was just generally wonderful. "Stayed for one night, very good location less than ten minutes walk up hill from port. Located just beside start of path leading up to Chora ( with alternative of local bus stopping just in front of door every 15 minutes - EUR1.60). Nice and stylish hotel, reasonably priced. Bonus of welcome drink at pool bar. Our room was one of last available, so no view, just interior courtyard, but fine for one night. "
