"We were not able to stay at the Canale because they had not yet opened. We were transferred to a different hotel which was much less expensive. To date I have not been refunded the extra amount that I paid to stay at the Canale."

"We stayed for a few days to attend a wedding in Lassi and we had an enjoyable stay in a nice location. Lovely staff- breakfast was nice and the pool snacks were even better! Can highly recommend their Greek pizza- it was delicious! "The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was excellent, especially the view from the villa - breathtaking. The only thing I’d note ahead of time is that the location is more remote than I had realized, so plan ahead when ordering a taxi because it typically takes 15-30 minutes for the taxi to pick you up."

"Fabulous hotel which definitely feels more like 4/5 star than a 3! Friendly and exceptionally helpful staff, especially Eleni on reception. An easy 15 minute walk downhill into beautiful Fiscardo but the hotel also operates a regular shuttle bus to take you down or bring you back . Many of the guests return year after year which is always a good sign. Beautiful views, great breakfast and lovely bedrooms. The pool area is great and sun loungers were always available. Couldn’t fault a thing, we...
