"The hotel is beautiful and in a great location but has some odd issues that make me think the management is skimping on maintenance.
We noticed that the phone was not connected. When we brought it up to the front desk we were told that they were aware of the problem and they gave us the external number to the hotel so that we could call on our cell. No attempt was made to fix the phone.
