"Convenient downtown location if you need to be downtown, but a bit noisy. Also, this is an old building so sounds do penetrate. Otherwise a quaint and popular hotel with interesting features due to its age."

"carpet was stained really bad; carpet also had a seem rip along the length of the room through the middle of the room. one of the bed side lamps sockets was broken to where you could get an electric shock turning it on or off. Noisey AC, no ability to open a window, black mold in the shower tile grout and some ceiling tiles in the hallway were stained from prior roof leaks. the only one staff member I encountered was really nice and the bed was super comfortable; over all for the price I paid, not worth it and I won't be coming back."

"We loved the room! It worked out great for 3 adults and two kids. There's a nice sized kitchen area with a larger fridge, actual dishes, silverware and a dish washer. Definitely on our return trips and the location worked great for our plans to visit family in Napa and Santa Rosa."

"This property is a motel; calling it a two or three-star hotel is a long stretch. I checked in via live agent on a video feed, the first for me. However, there wasn't any problem. The only positive review I give this property is a clean and comfy bed. We found out the door lock was not able to latch on when we were leaving. It wasn't the night before; not sure what happened, but we're glad we didn't know about that then. There is plenty of good food around the area. "
