Absolute 6 star stay. Loved interacting with Robert and Ruth, who provide a very comfortable room on updated premises, and a superb breakfast. We loved that there was accessible private parking and everything was walkable.

Charming and Cozy B&B in Inverness I had a wonderful stay at this lovely little bed and breakfast in Inverness. The location was perfect – close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. The owners were very friendly. The breakfast was very good, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. My room was spotless, spacious, and had very comfortable beds. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Inverness.

Great stay with one caveat

Robert and Ruth were excellent hosts, the room was comfy and we enjoyed breakfast. The location is pretty convenient to downtown, although parking is a challenge. The street is very narrow and crowded, and the parking lot (while appreciated) is not readily accessible.

The host was pleasant and friendly. Room was roomy and clean. Breakfast was great. The hostress was a little rude at first when we ended up in the backyard instead of the front. Gps got us to the back of the property where there was a big sign with the name of the B andB and a sign on the gate with an arrow pointing straight saying entrance is on aryle street. We assumed we were on argyle street, not realizing we were on argyle terrance. She didnt need to snap that if we had read the sign we would know that the entrance was on argyle street... this is our first trip to Scotland, we did not realize that a property can have two addresses with the same number on two similar street name.

Cute place and lovely couple that owns the place. A very homey feel to the stay. Breakfast was nice and thoughtfully prepared. The only downside was the location. If you’re walking to it, it’s a lot of uphill steps

We loved our stay at Rossmount Guest house. The hosts made us feel completely at home with freshly made breakfasts each morning and great restaurant and activity recommendations around the city. The location was convenient, quiet, and safe. The house was also clean, warm, and inviting. If we could give 6 stars, we would!

Fin plass med fantastisk vertskap

Fantastisk hyggelig vertskap! Koselig hus og fint rom. God frokost der vi kunne velge hva vi ønsket å spise. Fulgte Google Maps veianvisning da vi kom dit, og det førte til en liten omvei. Litt utenfor bykjernen, men med restauranter/puber i umiddelbar nærhet.

Rossmount Guest House is a lovely place to stay! Not far from the station, and an easy walk to several nice areas of the city. The owners were absolutely lovely. We had an early tour for the isle of skye and they made sure to have some breakfast items set aside for us so we could eat before the tour. They gave us some good recommendations for dinner and they were just so sweet. The rooms were lovely, clean, and comfortable. The cooked breakfast we had on the second day was very nice. Highly recommend!

Robert & Ruth were just the most welcoming and interesting hosts! Breakfast was wonderful and not to be missed! I amazed they don't even take payment until you are ready to leave. We almost left without paying due to thinking that our credit card was already charged. Would definitely visit again. They are like old friends!

If you're looking for a friendly, safe and comfortable stay this is the place to be. The couple who run it are very pleasant and outgoing. My wife and I were well looked after during our stay. The food was quality, fresh and well made. The rooms were well cared for and clean. We really enjoy staying in a place where people truly care about their home, city and country. These are people who care about their guests and it shows.

A little gem in Inverness!

Robert & Ruth were great hosts! A cute detached home with B&B and parking!! Good breakfast, craic (chatting), and helpful hospitality. Just the perfect walking distance to downtown. Loved it! Please stay, R&R, and host some more!!

Fantastic B&B. They have scaled back to only three guest rooms, making for easy parking (at the rear, off Argyle Terrace, with signage), and a very comfortable and quiet stay. HIGHLY recommended!
