The poor customer service tainted our experience
My partner got food poisoning and we had to miss a night and there was no empathy where the night was refunded or at least partially refunded. There were more available rooms around for that night too so it’s not like they were fully booked. They offered a late check out (2 hours later) and then tried charging us an extra $30 on the $170 we had lost. A nice place but the customer service was very disappointing. We won’t be coming back.

Very happy with how clean and new the property was. We only had a single night in Inverloch, but would have no hesitation booking this property again for a longer stay if we are heading back to the area in the future. Very friendly, helpful staff also.

Convenient Location
Returning visitor and Service and Rooms were excellent. Very large King room with ensuite spa. Whilst we did not use the spa on this visit it was good to know that they use "Spa Genie" to clean the spa and pipework after every use by patrons. We use that product at home and it keeps the spa hygienically clean. Location is close to centre of town close to all hotels and restaurants.
