"Room was giving smoke smell, bathroom door one wooden piece was broken at middle, flooring near bathroom entrance was uneven, for 4 members(including 2 kids) stay they just kept 1 shampoo & moisturizer. Since we stayed only one night and did late nigt checkin and early morning check out we didnt have time to complain or ask for different room. "

"Had to leave early due to an emergency. Staff would not refund money due to the fact that the room was booked through Expedia. Staff was curt, dismissive and not helpful. Did not provide a printed receipt because officially the reservation did not end until the following day. Horrible customer service. Will avoid Fairfield Inn in the future. "
