Given Kyiv is still facing Russian airstrikes, the hotel has a comfortable and very safe shelter in tbe basement and staff who arrive with tea and cookies. "Reservation confirmed and paid. Show up to the reception area with all of my luggage only to be told to overbooked the room and i didn’t have a place to stay! A travelers worst nightmare. While they were nice about it, i sat on a small couch in a small room with my laptop scrambling to find a place to stay. A complete nightmare. Plus i had to pay for 2 extra Ubers and wasted about 3 hours of my time. Do not recommend"
