"This elegant boutique is by far the nicest hotel we have stayed at in Mexico. The art work and personal collections are a lovely touch. The restaurant and cafe serve Parisian style breakfast and local cuisine. Our rooms were so comfortable and clean it was difficult to leave the room. Most importantly the staff exceeded expectations. They treat you as family and always provide the personal touch which is so rare and beautiful. Our thanks to the owner and staff for our special stay. "

"Everything is presented and performed very well. Staff are above and beyond. Cleanliness was excellent. I would say what caught me by surprise was the options for shampoo and conditioner option was essentially just generic soap that was the same type of liquid soap next to the sink. I thought there would be a shampoo product and a separate conditioner product. Another thing was the air conditioning, not as cold as I wanted it to be. Again, not deal breakers but just what I noticed from my stay...
