"I was very happy with my stay at Aspen Suites. The staff was so friendly and so helpful, and Robert, the general manager, listened to every thing my friend and I had to say and was very responsive to requests.
The room was clean and comfortable. The little kitchenette saw a lot of use and it is well-designed.
I was up meeting family for the first time, and I do plan to stay there when I go back in the future. It was such a pleasant stay.

"We arrived at the hotel after about 20 hours of travel, only to find out they had overbooked and we didn’t have a room. The staff was very friendly and apologetic. The manager arranged for us to stay at another hotel and comped the room. She also offered transportation. I must say the manager turned a bad situatuon into something positive. It’s how they reacted to the situation that gives the service *****!"
