"Richtig tolles Hotel, dass viel Wert auf Gastfreundlichkeit und Entspannung legt. Wir hatten Halbpension und hatten während des Besuchs einen dauerhaften Tisch für das Frühstück und Abendessen. Das Personal ist sehr motiviert und freundlich. Würden hier jederzeit wieder hingehen. Der Spaß Bereich wäre sogar abseits eines Hotel-Besuchs eine Empfehlung wert. "

"I stayed in a single room, which had a balcony with nice views over the mountains. The room was good size with a single bed, table and a chair. and also a spacy wardrobe. The whole room, and the toilet was very clean. Free parking for car or motorbike. The staff was very polite and helpful. In general was very good. Recommended "

"Good, breakfast is ok but please provide some fish on your menus eg: smoke salmon or mackerel or haring in future ….thanks"

"Wir hatten einen zügigen, problemlosen Check in. Die sehr freundliche Dame von der Tischreservierung zum Abendessen hat uns einen sehr schönen Tisch reserviert. Die Zimmer-Möblierung ist sicher schon älter und rustikal, aber in einem, zumindest bei uns tadellosen Zustand. Die Qualität der Speisen beim Abendessen und Frühstück waren ausgezeichnet. Alles in allem,ein top Aufenthalt,wir werden gerne wieder buchen."

"Die Lage des Hotels ist einzigartig. Vom SPA aus kann man direkt in den See gehen. Egal welches Zimmer man hat ,hat man ein wunderbares Panorama . Bergblick oder Seeblick. Auch für ältere Personen ist es sehr geeignet ,da es absolut barrierefrei ist. Abends gab es ein hervorragendes Essen. An machen Tagen ,Buffet ,an anderen Tagen ein Menü. Wünschenswert wäre eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer und Mineralwasser in der Flasche. Das Personal ist äußerst aufmerksam."

"Our room was wonderful. We looked out over the river towards old town. Even though we were directly above a busy road, we did not hear it due to the high quality windows. It was easy to walk to Innsbruck Old Town and enjoy a beer. Behind the hotel is an excellent pizzeria. Their pizza is the best. Parking was easy, and the breakfast was delicious. We will stay here again. "

"We had such a lovely stay at the Altstadthotel Weisses Kreuz hotel. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The views of the mountains from the hotel were truly magnificent, we couldn’t get enough of them and even decided to stay an extra night just to enjoy it all a little longer. Highly recommend!"

"Our room was compact but well-appointed. We loved the small balcony and sitting area with couch. The room was on the small side but very functional. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel which was very convenient."
