No one is at the front desk when we arrived. We tried to call and no one answered and they left the keys on the counter but didn’t indicate where the room is and it took us around 15 minutes to find our room. The restaurant is supposed to be open from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm but never did open. The service is not great.

I loved every second spent here. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this place enough! First I stayed only one day and I left to visit north Italy. I was back to Stubai for three more days to finish my vacation.

Beautiful views in the Austrian Alps
The view from your room is incredible. Nice condition and recently updated. Very friendly staff. About 20 minutes to Innsbruck. I would stay here again.

Great view
Overall place was clean, family was nice, and all the amenities were available. I was disappointed in the breakfast and wished there are had been hard boiled or scrambled eggs. Otherwise, overall the place was great and I would recommend it to anyone else.

Base for skiing on Stubai
Super place on side of valley with great views and easy access to bus for Glacier. While short a walk into Neustift, every step is greet by amazing scenery. Kratzerwirt staff awesome - classically hospitable Austrians.

good quality aparthotel
Good quality aparthotel, best for families or groups of friends. Warm, clean, comfortable, good food. Sauna available for free. Location a bit too remote and high-up for a walk from the village more than once a day. Be prepared to pay 8 euros for a short taxi journey or have at least one car for all the group or someone prepared to pick you up from the village.
