"Everybody was so friendly and helpful with great Hiroshima hospitalities which is absolutely a top notch level and unforgettable accommodations. I what I was very impressed was, during our check in process, it was a small discrepancies occurred between hotels.com and hotel and kind of made us feel a bit chilly at the moment, however, she took care of everything and arranged the room very quickly as if nothing had happened in the beginning. We truly appreciate for her quick response for the issue and there rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly. We truly appreciate them. Green Hill Hotel Onomichi

"Amazing hotel! But the 2 special unique items I really enjoyed is how close the hotel is to the start of the bike trail. Also, there is a few free chair massager in the hallway for guests to use! It was wonderful after a day of biking. The hotel also offers spectacular views of both sunset and sunrise, which can be hard to find in some hotels."

"Right next door to the Imabari station and the Shimanami Kiado bicycle rental this hotel was perfect after a long hot ride. We were able to return our bikes and head straight to the hotel. We were lucky enough to be allowed to checkin 15 minutes early and our room was standard Japanese size. I accidentally booked a twin room instead of a double but there was enough room for our one night. The hotel offers free drinks from 7pm-9pm. There is a selection of spirits, sake, liquor and soft drink. This was appreciated and we met some other hotel guests over drinks. But what really set this hotel apart from other hotels we have stayed in was the hotel staff and customer service. I really enjoyed the lemon liquor and the staff member went out of her way to give me some places I might be able to get it from. Just before heading up for the night I asked about the bus to Hiroshima. I was given the information and headed up stairs. About 30mins later the hotel staff knocked on our door to advise the early bus was already booked up and the next one was booking up fast. I didn’t realise you booked your ticket in advance and thought you got it at the bus. The hotel staff spent a considerable amount of time helping us book tickets so we could make it to our next destination. This service is what sets hotels apart. I don't remember her name as it was in Japanese but I hope this gets seen and she gets recognised for her customer service."
