The staff was excellent! Breakfast was ok, i found the sausage was dry, could have the option of having bacon as well. But other than that, my 3 nights there were great! The hot tub had sand in it the entire time i was there, so i didnt get the chance to enjoy a relaxing hot tub. My daughter and best friend enjoyed the pool.

The staff was great and the property was clean. I was a little disappointed because the hot tub and some equipment in gym was out of order and hat was one of the reasons i chose to stay there so was a bit disappointing. Other than that it was overall good.

Unfortunately this hotel is in need of a good clean before I'll stay here again. Also, just a note for the property, you should be telling people when they book that the facilities are not working (ie. the hottub!!!). That was the only reason we booked there only to get checked in, changed and go down and find it CLOSED! Not impressive.

Check in was the quickest and easiest in my experience and the lady in the breakfast room was constantly making sure everything was stocked up and clean. Both staff members I encountered were very polite.

Our stay was good comfortable beds and large rooms. Unfortunately house keeping knocked and tried to come into our room at 9 am. When checkout was at 11. We were still sleeping. Make sure you have a do not disturb sign on your door.

Loved it
I often travel with my dogs, the hotel was super accomidating during check in and extremely friendly. There is also a good open field type space on the west side of the hotel, which is nice for taking dogs out to do their buisness. Breakfast was good and had a good variety, the hot tub is a deep one in the pool area. It was super clean and even in a double queen room you don't feel cramped at all.

The hotel room was nice and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Good for families With dogs. The salt water pool was great. No complaints about this place.

The pillows in the bedroom were flat. The pool had too much chlorine, the jacuzzi was way too hot. The room and the hotle was clean and well kept. Staff were friendly

Overall the hotel is a good place to stay, the rooms are fine and the location is great. Breakfast is good apart from the sausages! The only real issue we had was the fact that there was no sand/grit outside in the car park and it was dangerous trying to get to the entrance on the very slippy ice!
