"We had a great stay at Hotel Jama. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, but the highlight is the location—it is literally a 3-minute walk to the entrance of Postojna Cave, which made sightseeing effortless. On-site parking was straightforward at €10 per day. We also tried the dinner buffet at the hotel restaurant; while €32 per person is a bit on the pricier side, the quality and variety of the food made it completely worth it. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the caves!"
"It’s not a fancy hotel but we had a great stay there. We parked for free right by the front door and the staff washed a load of laundry for 10 euros. Also, we had a great meal at pizzeria minutia a few minutes walk away."
"Newly renovated , everything you may need including small kitchenette with dishes and cookware. However no need to cook as the restaurant has a chef who cooks delicious dinners in the restaurant eight there most nights. Breakfast also so good with fresh squeezed OJ and fresh eggs cooked to preference. Able to enjoy sights of Slovenia and Croatia from this home base. "
"We booked Hiša Krasna just 15 minutes before arriving, and somehow Dajana and her husband Boris were completely ready for us. From the start, it felt less like checking into a hotel and more like arriving at the home of friends who were genuinely happy to have us. "The property is unique but if you are going to do activities in the city is better to stay in the city otherwise you’ll be in an uber or taxi expending 15 to 20 euros each way to go to the city and back.
The air conditioning wasn’t working but it was fixed right away. The staff are very nice and helpful. Again a good stay and good breakfast but only if you want to relax away from the city. Be aware all tours come out of center city Ljubljana which is about 15-17 Km away."
"Unfortunately a lot of things went wrong with our stay first of all they had no elevator to help a handicapped person and no staff to help a handicapped person get their luggage up the stairs once we were in our room we discovered that neither the television remote or the telephone worked we went down to reception to report these two issues and to ask for additional pillows we were told they did not know where there were any extra pillows housekeeping was not available they supposedly put new...
"Lovely, well done hotel, in impeccable surroundings, with very friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious and well stocked.
Only downside is the distance from the city centre but that is a minor inconvenience.
All in all, amazing hotel with good staff and great hospitality."
"Such a little gem of a place! The room and bath was very spacious and comfortable. The outdoor patio is a lovely space to dine or have a drink in the evening. Breakfast was wonderful. It's a quick drive to the airport or into old town Ljubljana. We loved our stay."
