"Booked our room the day of travel. Realized at check in, a few hours later, that I booked for the following week on accident. The hotel refused to let me switch the dates. So I had to rebook for the night and then I had a room for the following week too. I understand that I made the mistake. But I couldn’t believe that they wouldn’t accommodate a date switch since I wasn’t canceling and they would still get their money for the hotel stay."

"The room was nice, hotel clean, gym area was okay - 2 treadmills that rattled a little. My niece and her boyfriend enjoyed the indoor pool and they had very nice outdoor areas. The only issue I had was that my tub would not drain properly and even though I reported it, they did not resolve. I had to steadily turn the shower off to allow it to drain so that it didn’t end up around my ankles. That to me is gross and should have been a priority once reported."

"Fast and easy check in. The shuttle from DTW was on time as they said it would be. I arrived late and there was a good selection of snacks and drinks to take care of the late night hunger from a long trip."
