"It was my 2nd stay in this hotel, the 1st stay, one of the staff said, will give me an upgrade, but gave me a so lousy view which only can see a small port and road. Importantly the main view was Lotte resort. I was wondering a lot of rooms are available, however why he has to put me in such room which doesn’t even have a bathtub in the line room. This 2nd stay, I booked a King bed room, the bathtub is in the living room with ocean view. However the other tower rooms are so close, when I get into bathtub I have to close curtains, ocean view is useless. It was so very uncomfortable. In the bathroom, water isn’t going down when I showered… On the floor, on the table, on the chairs and wherever have painting drops. The smalls of new renovation works were so bad.. had to open the balcony door all along. I had high expectations of the hotel as it was developed from banyan tree, maybe I should not.."

"The room was clean with a beautiful view. It was nice to have a washer/dryer combo in the room. The wait for the elevators during busy times could be very annoying. During check out we waited for 20 minutes and then decided to ride the elevator up to already be in the elevator to go down to the lobby. The lobby on the 6th floor was very nice and spacious. I was traveling with two kids and the play room was very helpful. It says there is a cafeteria and restaurant and there were neither as far as I ever saw. There was a coffee shop, but that was it. "

"침대와 침구가 무척 좋았고, 예약했던 스카이로얄 객실은 양쪽 각 방에 욕실이 따로 있어서 친구와 반려견과 함께하기 더할 나위없이 좋았습니다. 체크인도 항상 친절한 직원분들 덕분에 기분 좋게 하고, 방문할때마다 조금씩 개선되어있는 환경이나 좀더 잘 정비해놓는 것을 보니 갈때마다 기대가 됩니다. "
