"We were extremely pleased with the Tara Hotel all around. This hotel was beautifully and newly renovated when we stayed and every aspect of the hotel is top notch in quality, offering a luxurious and equally cozy experience. Our room was directly facing the harbor, offering beautiful ocean views and our son loved watching the big trawlers in the harbor. "Beautiful cottage, we were here during Darragh but it was warm and comfortable . Only thing I would say is if you don’t know how to light a peat fire research it , lol we had Donagle family to show us the way. But it was wonderful staying here, you can’t go wrong especially if you have a large group with all the bedrooms. I would definitely stay here again "
