"It’s over a bar. I knew that. But it’s actually a huge nightclub. The music shook the room and penetrated noise canceling headphones and ear plugs. 2am you are still rocking. The location is good. Parking was easy enough. We are locally a couple of times and enjoyed the restaurants. The nightclub made this place unacceptable."

What I really didn't like was that we were told we had to purchase a swim cap, or we could not use the pool. I did not find this rule on their website or on Expedia. I have never stayed in any hotel with this policy. I think they made this up to deter people from using the pool, to lessen their pool maintenance."

Rooms -dated and the mattress was very uncomfortable, clean enough and housekeeping daily..
Spa facilities were very good, as were the staff there.

Only one lift for a large hotel seems poor. You need to drop off your bags from the car at the entrance as otherwise there are steps to negotiate from the car park.
