"Breakfast was good not great. Food was warm at best. The variety was typical of free breakfast. Coffee station was good but sugar was sparse. After 2 days it was replenished when I put a large handful of artificial sweeteners on the side."

"I felt safe for the three weeks I was there. Breakfast had variety and was generally good. Food staff seemed inadequate some days and slow to clean off tables but most were friendly. The maid service was daily and very good but I don't think they had time to thoroughly clean between folks coming in. For the price and the security it was a nice option. I would use them again."

"Really the only thing that was not excellent was trying to sit in the theater with those weird trays and eat a regular meal. I ended up with food down to front of me was uncomfortable to sit there It would’ve been nicer to have a table or something that was more appropriate to have a meal next time I would probably choose to eat dinner before seeing a movie and I wasn’t super thrilled with the breakfast items on the room service menu. "The property looks great but so many issues. Check-in didn't acknowledge my reservation. In the room, no soap or shampoo, no hangers, not enough towels for two. Moved rooms because of road noise and the second room again without enough towels, also lacking flatware for two. Apparently the hotel laundry ran out of soap, which was the cause of the towel shortages. "

"Looks good on line, miss leading!! At check in the front desk attendant was very rude. She did not greet us at all, barely spoke just went the motions of the check in. When I provided my information and had a question her tone was short and seemed like she was annoyed to be there, and definitely did not want to be helping me or any other person there, there was a short line. The WIFI did not work the entire time we were there. One of the elevators were out of order. The breakfast was NOT good...

"Friendly staff and great breakfast. Bedding was nice! However, the noise control between the rooms can be improved and carpet on the hallway can be cleaned as there was old odour you can smell."
