"My husband and I visited Florianopolis recently. The staff at the Palm Beach Apart Hotel was terrific throughout our weeklong stay. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and took the time to make sure we felt we’d chosen the right beachfront hotel. We did. The only thing the hotel lacks is a restaurant. But since it’s surrounded by several neighborhood eateries, that really didn’t affect us. We plan to return to Floripa. When we do, we’ll book again at the Palm Beach Apart."

"Chegamos às 2:00 da manhã em Florianópolis e avisei que estavamos a caminho da pousada. A responsável pediu pra ligarmos quando chegássemos na pousada. Liguei e nada de atenderem. Ficamos quase 10 minutos esperando e nada. Por sorte a Uber foi gente boa e nos deixou em um posto de gasolina próximo. Eu estava com 2 crianças de 9 e 10 anos. Depois de várias ligações a responsável atendeu. Conseguimos edtrar na pousada umas 3:00 da manhã. A área comum da pousada é bonita e o quarto que fiquei,...

"Minha experiência dessa vez nao foi boa, pq reservei um quarto, quando cheguei la estava em reforma, me colocaram em outro mas nao era aquele que foi alugado, me falaram que no dia seguinte ian me colocar naquele e nao me deram satisfação nenhuma."

Excelente trato y calidez del personal del hotel en todas sus áreas. Extraordinario desayuno! Con menú variado, completo y rico.
