"Convenient location near the train station. Satisfying breakfast. Helpful staff. Ineffective air conditioning made sleeping unpleasant. Unfortunately, pitiful A/C is common in Germany."

"Free shuttle transportation was not provided. Paid 25€ for transport. Access to property is through an industrial area and property is bordered by a wooded are. I was dropped off and bus departed before I entered the building. This was after midnight. Felt extremely unsafe. No telephones in room"
