"Beautiful and peaceful property. A dream. We did not want to leave. The pool area and gardens are gorgeous and so relaxing that we decided to take a break from visiting and simply enjoy the pool. Family owned hotel and owners are so nice. Central to Noto, Syracusa, beaches and Ragusa. A car is needed but parking is free. Also a Fantastic place as a venue for any celebration, birthday, wedding… "

"Stayed for 3 nites Air Conditioner was broke and not working the first night but they brought us a fan which helped and they fixed it the next morning. Breakfast was great the first morning and went downhill from there- $8.00 per person. Probably not worth it but the coffee was good. No cafe near by. Shower great. Staff helpful. Old building in not a very pretty area but safe enough. Elevator helpful for luggage. Great restaurants on the beach. "

"We decided to book our last night in Sicily in this amazing place after having read some very positive comments. It did not let us down, the photos really do it justice. Owned by a young couple, they greeted us with a huge smile and gave us all kind of tips for exploring the area. They showed us to our room which is finished to the highest standard and quality. "Stefano was very accomodating , helped with luggages on arrival and departure, since no cars are allowed on the street during the day. Great location , beautiful roof top , and delicious breakfast. Will definetly return. "

"Great location near all the main sites in Ortigia! Loved how close it is to everything via walking. Hard to find and difficult to get parking nearby, but once there, amazing stay and highly recommend."

"The location is great and the apartment is clean. The lady was very communicative. The downsides were: loose toilet seat, terrible WiFi that barely worked, squeaky bed, shelf doors taped on shower. Whilst the apartment isn't bad the pictures are a little photoshopped. Strongly encoursge the owner to fix these issues."

"Struttura davvero molto bella e ben curata, situata in posizione ideale per raggiungere il centro di Avola in pochi passi. Camera confortevole, ampia, luminosa, spaziosa, arredata con gusto, dotata di ogni comfort. Bagno con doccia. Pulizia impeccabile. Biancheria da camera di alta qualità. Al piano terra della struttura c’è una cucina ad uso comune. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo nell’indicarci le istruzioni per il check-in e dove parcheggiare il veicolo. Una critica costruttiva: il materasso ci è sembrato troppo morbido, quindi un po’ scomodo a nostro parere. Ma per il resto tutto era perfetto! Consigliatissimo!!!! "
