We booked 2 suites for a family trip. The rooms were disgusting, and in extreme disrepair. Holes in walls crudely patched and not painted. Broken furnishing and very stained seating areas. New Apartments in Cranston by GLOBALSTAY
The room smelled of pet urine and the host never communicated with me to allow me access to the unit. I didn't obtain access to the unit until 8:45pm on the date of check in when I was there at 3:30 for checkin. The business has failed to make this right not have they refunded my deposit.
