Location is great if you have an event at Grand Park. No many options for breakfast in the building. Also, love the open concept but not for the shower, missing half the door. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Perfect for families.

It's about a 2 minute drive (or 8 minute walk) from Grand Park. Amazing location for tournament stay... Everything was clean, everyone was helpful. Really only downside was the elevators seemed sketchy. made weird noises, took a long time. Overall, I would absulutey stay here again.

This seems very new and it was clean. However, the rooms were horribly designed. The mattresses are on a wooden platform that sticks out so far you hardly keep from banging a shin. The window treatments are awkward to reach hard to use. The shower door is so wide and door less so the floor gets wet when the shower is used. There is complimentary breakfast but a restaurant which seems odd for this suburban location amongst softball fields

Restaurant not open on a weekend. Had a suite and the couch had duck tape holding together and the cushions were from different couches. Day staff on check nice, night staff not so.

The property looks clean and neat. The room is spacious. Online check-in and check-out is convenient. The big problem is that the bed frame is bigger than the mattress and the bed frame’s color is blended into the floor. I kept bumping my legs to the corner of the bed frame because it looks like the edge of the white mattress is the edge of the bed. it was really painful. This happened to me, my husband, my daughter in the same room and my mother-in-law in a different room.

Beautiful place! Well taken care of. Had the fire alarm go off at midnight. Someone must’ve turned it on. That was the only thing that was disturbing .

We took an impromptu little overnight with our 2 granddaughters. We had a wonderful stay, Loved the room , Hardwood should be a standard in all hotel rooms so much better than carpet , all common areas were spotless , the pool was great a bit to much chlorine but that was are only complaint

Got there and Scot the man at the front was one of the rudest people I have ever met. After asking a few questions about his rude behavior he asked me to leave and called the police. Which I waited for and spoke with. I have stayed at thousands of hotels and I have never received such inexcusable behavior by a front desk staff member. This employee should be send through customer service training immediately or terminated from his position.

Everything was very good until we found out that our discounted room was going to be counteracted with a charge for breakfast. Breakfast appeared to be a percentage better than the last free breakfast we had for a much less expensive room, but not worth the asking price with too many good breakfast restaurants close by.
