I was not able to connect to the Wi-Fi and that kind of made my stay a little uncomfortable considering I brought my electronics, but the room was extremely clean a nice size kitchen and an immaculate bathroom parking was great. I just wish the Wi-Fi was able to reach the third floor with strength.

"I am extremely disappointed with my stay from Jan 23 to Jan 27. The hotel was under maintenance, which was not disclosed beforehand, and there was a foul smell throughout the entire building. The services were poor and the overall experience was unacceptable. This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed at. Due to these terrible conditions, I am formally requesting a full refund/compensation for my booking."

A lot to divulge here, so please bear with me. Firstly, I'll acknowledge they were doing renovations, but there's a right & wrong way to have work being done while accommodating people staying, & they did it horribly! From putting us in a room that was currently being worked on by an electrician & he was unaware that anyone could or would be put in that room for their stay when he was working on it, to every hallway you went down, they were either actively painting or the walls/handrails/trim/doors/etc. were wet w/ paint drying. Now to the major RED FLAGS. When you have people staying there permanently like an apartment building, that's a HUGE red flag. The tile floor in the kitchen was cracked/smashed in several places, the kitchen towels had stains all over them, 1 of the 2 pillows was permanently deformed into a ball, the hot water took 5-7 business days to arrive in the shower & sinks, the toilet had no top, just an open seat like a gas station bathroom, & the people on the property left us feeling very unsafe w/ our personal items, especially our vehicle outside. If not for the bed & the bathroom being clean, we would have not stayed here. Normally I'd put locations like this is only worth a stay if you are just looking for a place to get a shower & night of sleep, not expecting much else in grandeur, but after witnessing all the eerie, mismanaged, unsafe, dirty, etc. red flags over a 3 day/2 night stay, I can wholeheartedly say, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

There was no Kleenx/tissues in the room. The place is under construction, and when I went to check in, I didn't even think I could walk in. The second time I went to the door a woman put her cigarette down and asked if I was there to check in. The bed sheet had make-up on it. I wished we had not picked this place back in August, and we would have turned around and went somewhere else but we had already paid.

Looked like the room had been recently remodeled but only did half the room. There wasn’t a hair dryer in the room and when I called the front desk to ask about one, there was me answer after 10 to 12 rings. The facility was supposed to be nonsmoking but as soon as you walked in to hallway to our room you could smell cigarette smoke! I would not recommend this hotel!

Waited 20 minutes in lobby for someone to show up and check us in. Were shown to a room that was filled with chemical fumes that left us with irritated throats the following morning . Parking lot was full of old mattreses and busted up furnishings. Reservation was for 2 nights but we had to leave because of the fumes and were told there were no refunds from Hotels.com

Stay away from this place...far away!

Our stay started badly when it took over 20 minutes for someone to come to the lobby so we could check in! Then when entered our room, the chemical fumes were overwhelming! The rooms are being remodeled and some product used was giving off volatile organic compound fumes which are carcinogenic when exposed to for extended periods. They acknowledged the problem but had no other finished rooms for us. It was after midnight and we were in no mood to search for another hotel so stayed one night. We woke up early with irritated throats and hoarse voices and checked out immediately but were told we could not get a refund for the second night we had prepaid for!

Parts of the hotel are being renovated. The room however was clean. It was also quite large and comfortable. No breakfast is available but there are numerous places to eat within walking and driving distance. The one problem we had was that there was no hot water at the bathroom sink but the kitchen sink had hot water. So did the shower which was excellent.

When I arrived, I entered a dilapidated check-in office and had to wait due to a sign indicating the staff member was assisting another tenant elsewhere on the property. After checking in, I was directed to drive around the building to an entrance nearer my room. Upon entering the building, I noticed an unpleasant odor and outdated decor. The room itself felt unsafe, with a stained curtain and hair on an unfolded wash towel—utterly off-putting. The overall atmosphere was unfriendly, unwelcoming, and unsettling. I returned to the front office to drop off the key, as the unclean conditions and lack of safety were unacceptable. While waiting behind two newly arrived guests, I observed the desk clerk acting unprofessionally toward another person checking in. After handing over the key, I left. I have photos and videos documenting the experience. Requesting a refund.
