Wonderful place to stay

My husband and co-workers have been staying here for over a month and I can not tell you how wonderful this hotel is. The staff goes over and beyond to help with any needs their customers may have. I am so thankful we found this little gem in Carmel.

It was a good place to stay . It has a kitchen and a nice comfortable bed. But the shower hot water was broken and since it was the weekend they couldn’t fi it until Monday that I left. But the General Manager Charlotte took care of the issue . She is very professional and an asset to the hotel. Kudos to Charlotte and thank you.

Hard to contact front desk, even when you go up there usually not a person available. The ones we did find were friendly and helpful. The dog area was super convenient. Room had funky smell.

No complaints! Thank you for the stay! It meet us right in the middle of the road on price. We had to travel for soccer and the hotel pricing allowed us to stay within budget and enjoying dinning along with our stay. It wasn't fancy but I just needed a simple clean place to lay my head for the weekend.

Expecting a little more

Staff was cery friendly and accommodating. My bed was very comfortable and the AC was blowing cold. However there is not utensils or cookwear to use in the kitchen as mentioned. The kitchen floor was sticky and the remote didn't work at first. I was able to get another remote at least. Aside from that my stay was not bad for the price.

Due to a flight and a long drive from ORD, I arrived at the Carmel ESA around 3:40 AM. There was a phone at the door, so I picked it up and dialed 1 for check-in service. It was a pleasant experience—the ESA service lady came out and opened the door to assist with my check-in. Thank you, ESA!
