Great room with new kitchenette appliances - very clean and nice. Good price. No amenities at all (coffee, breakfast, water, dish detergent for dishwasher) and major renovations under way at property; no elevator. Room fan was very noisy. Had no problems but it is not for every traveler.

Stayed here with my family for a school trip and it had everything we needed. Clean . Just need to take some pans to cook if you get a suite. Overall awesome stay and the customer service was great !

Friendly Team, just not very clean

The staff was nice and worked fast. The room itself wasnt too clean with bottles under the bed as if someone just swept them under there. The maintenance crew left dirty towels and a step ladder in our room. And the sink kept clogging.

Outstanding Stay Thanks to Ruby's Exceptional Service! I had an amazing extended stay at this hotel, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience—especially thanks to Ruby! From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly helpful, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. Her warm and professional demeanor made me feel more than just a guest; she truly made me feel at home. Ruby consistently checked in to make sure everything was perfect during my stay, offering assistance with anything I needed and always doing so with a smile. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction, and I believe she truly deserves recognition for her outstanding service. I wholeheartedly recommend that she be considered for a raise and a well-earned promotion! Thanks to Ruby and the rest of the staff, my stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and accommodating place to stay. I'll definitely be returning!

when arrived entry was being worked on so walkway was dirt. entered room and had very sticky floors from remodeling. shower is small and floor was sticky. overall decent stay would have been better if cleaning was better on the floors so not sticky. first floor is actually basement so you look out window ground level.

I wasn’t pleased at check-in when I found out a 100.00 deposit was required. This was supposed to be returned to me at check out and it wasn’t I am going on day two with no return of this unannounced deposit. I think this should be noted by Expedia.

Well... they are renovating the whole thing. My room was very nice and quiet and clean. No elevator as its being installed to bring building up to code. It had a very... urban thug vibe when I pulled with a chickenhead prowling the lot. The driveway was very '87 Beirut with deep chugholes everywhere supposedly to be renovated also. For the price for one night and location to restaurants, it was okay. I'll give it a couple years before considering another stay.

The hotel was under renovation, so there were quite a few things out of order. I had to go next door to get myself checked in, and had to wait 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk to be helped. The toilet set in our room was only half attached, and the sink drain was plugged. Upon checking out, I had to wait another 5 minutes for someone to show up to get checked out. Not the worst experience I’ve had, and I do understand there are renovations taking place.
