Decent price for a decent room & an easy stay
We were allowed way early check in for a very reasonable fee. Had an issue with the first room and the woman at the counter walked with me to a different room to ensure it was suitable before I switched- I thought that was really courteous and thorough of her. I only stayed for one night while waiting out some damage repair to my home, but there are multiple very friendly people that I assume are there long term, including the staff, so you'll never be without somebody to have a nice conversation with if that's something you enjoy. Being unbothered is also great though so the fact that nobody really goes out of their way to engage you- but is pleasant when you do- was really nice. The room had a stove top so I could still make dinner with food that I brought from home and didn't have to drop money on eating out. I never sleep on hotel sheets so I couldn't tell you what they're like lol I brought my own, but they looked soft and clean. The room probably could've been swept better, but hardwood floors are a real pain to keep completely free of dust, and the walls in the bathroom do need some spot cleaning, but it wasn't gross. If you're super uptight and expect hospital cleanliness then maybe fork over the extra cash for a 5 star hotel. I had my cat with me too, for 25/night pet fee. Altogether a great value for the price, and very well-kept for long term lodging. Staff is kind, super friendly, and thoughtful. I'll probably choose to stay here if I ever need to again.

Interior was very outdated. Room cleanliness was ok, and thats saying it nicely. Cabinets were dirty and sticky. Corners and edges of the floors in the main area and bathroom were filthy. We overpaid greatly! This room should've been $50 a night and we paid $150. Rediculously over priced for the condition of the room and the fact their are no amenities like a pool or breakfast. Also, this is right next to a train depot, so if your a light sleeper....

Trashy Hotel Not worth the money!
Floors were filthy and you could not walk barefoot. Linens did appear clean tho! The a/c was dirty and spelled horrible like dirty gym clothes. The place also smelled like cigarettes. Food splatters on walls in kitchen to! But not utensils were supplied. That was something you had to buy extra for $29.99! Very disappointed! The walls also were so thin that I could here my neighbors every sound! The hotel halls and elevator were dirty. No one at reception area half the time. The girl was nice tho! Zero amenities! It definitely was not worth the money I spent! Very deceptive ad! Also everything was old and worn which made the place look even more crappy! Also, this is a hotel were people live and are always hanging out front smoking! Overall the place was trashy!

I have never stayed in a more poorly maintained hotel in my life. We booked 3 rooms and all of them reeked of smoke. I changed my room once then gave up. I had to sleep with the window open and the a/c on. We even stopped at target for febreeze. I took pictures of the yellow tar dripping down the wall and on the fridge. The blinds looked like they had never been cleaned. When trying to turn on the shower I almost pulled it off the wall and all 3 of ours were like this. In the pictures on the website it looks like a newer facility but it is not. If i could give this place negative stars I would. This is an extended stay hotel. I dont know how anyone could stay here more than 1 night. I wanted to leave after 5 min. I do have pictures if anyone is interested.

Not like other extended stays!!! Gross!!!
The women at the front was nice and accommodating when there was a computer error and we did not get the room we payed for. However the pillow cases had a red/brownish stain and the sheet had hair in them. They were quite obviously unwashed. The toilet did not work and I saw a bug as I left. Just not a sanitary place. I’ve stayed at other extended stay America’s that were very nice, but this one was deceiving. Nice exterior, nasty interior.

False advertising, this is not a hotel.
Dirty, Dirty, Dirty! I knew from pulling into the parking lot this was going to be a bad experience. There were a couple cars in parking lot listening to loud music and the smell of marijuana is everywhere, in the parking lot, in the elevator, in the hallways. This us obviously a shelter that many in bad situations call home. The lobby, elevator, and halls were filthy. I went in my room to find the surfaces were sticky from something being spilled, I chased down the one girl that they had there to clean ALL rooms and asked her for her cleaner and sprayed down all surfaces and cleaned the room myself. What an absolute waste of money, I would rather sleep in my car! DO NOT stay here, you’ve been warned.

Was a little weird. Front desk area was very small and closed. Had to use a phone to call someone to the front desk so they could open up the window to check in. Beds were uncomfortable. Saw cockroaches in the bathroom. Won’t be back.

Here's the thing, if you're thinking about booking this property through Expedia, don't. The staff there have no idea how to work with Expedia purchases. They tried on several occasions to add charges to my account throughout my stay there. They claimed that the system wasn't updated and that they are inexperienced with Expedia but I'm not so sure. Regardless, they have tried to screw us on multiple occasions. Beyond that, our room keycards only worked for 3 out of the 7 days. The other days, we had to get them re-activated and front desk staff are barely ever there. You have to dial the after hours number to get someone. Also, they all have snarky attitude problems. You can tell they really do not care about being there. Just so you know, the room was very dusty. Otherwise, the bed was ok and it was nice having a fridge. But I can promise you that I will never go to this hotel again as long as I live. My standards are not very high and somehow, they were below the bar. I've never felt more insulted as a customer in my life. The sheer incompetence from the staff was astounding.
