"This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. After needing to call for clarification, we were given a separate address that led us to the same location. There is no parking at the actual hotel because of construction. "Great hotel, great location, wonderful staff"

"Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "

"The beautifully designed and furnished hotel still had a casual, welcoming feel. The owners live on site and are very polite and helpful, interested enough to feel engaged but not intrusive or nosy. The room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel and we appreciated the full-sized toiletries. The only negative thing I could say about the place is that there is a bit of road noise if you have the windows open. "

"Great spot to stay with ample parking! Check in was easy, and the room was great. Not much around within walking distance, but with a car, a quick drive away is a large grocery store and ample restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay! "

"Fantastic staff and facilities. We went there with bikes and the garage area and wash was brilliant with cleaning products and tools available. Hotel and Spa were lovely and breakfast was great each day. Ate in the restaurant twice and the food was very good both times. "
