"Huge deposit charged at check-in against cleaning of the rooms at check out. Guests were required to conduct thorough room clean including hoovering. The bedcovers, sheets and pillow cases and towels were all charged for separately which was not mentioned at the booking. Misleading advertising, very disappointing upon arrival. "

"Hotel was great, the staff very friendly and helpful. Great continental breakfast each morning, could not felt the food. Easy check in and check out process. Your luggage needs to be down the mountain before 8.30, as we had a later pick up they took it to pro ski to be stored until we were ready to go and collect it, this aloud us to have a relaxing breakfast with no need to rush. "Small room, very good amenities and very friendly staff. Housekeeping a little hit and miss, sometimes no robes, sometimes no tissue. But quick to rectify when mentioned. "

"The view is amazing and the unit is perfect for a family of 4 because it's got a bunk bed and a king size bed. The breakfast is also very surprisingly good."

"Wonderful hotel - so close to the ski lifts and incredible staff. So friendly and helpful. Our plane was delayed so we missed dinner and they waited for us and served us a cold plate and wine. Super welcoming! "

"We had a wonderful stay here, right at the foot of the slopes. Our room was amazing as we were on the corner and had a wrap around balcony. It was clean on arrival and serviced daily. Breakfast was nice although there could have been more warm vegetarian options for my friend. The spa facilities were nice after a day on the slopes although the jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer. The staff were warm and friendly and helpful. Ski lockers were a bit small but there is a ski hire shop next...

"Great, clean hotel located near the highway and a 40 minute drive to Flaine, France ski resort. Good wifi, onsite restaurant must be good, they were booked solid and couldn’t accept us for dinner. "

"Clean room, friendly staff. Great locaton. Just a 5 minute walk to both main lifts and the town centre. Breakfast fresh but not good for a vegan diet. I did let the hotel know in advance but there was very little-just bread and fruit. I asked for beans but they had fixed days for them and wouldn't do them for me on the other days. I bought my own yoghurt and supplies from the local Spar. There is a fridge for guests to use."

"Excellent hotel the staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, breakfast was really enjoyable with plenty of selection, location is a 10min walk to the center, plus side is the bus stop is right outside of the hotel that takes you straight to the telecabine"
