"Got stuck in 1 of the elevators and reception to call for help was very bad. "

"Sandy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. She even allowed me to use her phone charging cord as a brought the wrong one! Lots of breakfast choices. Room was clean and comfy with nice beds and pillows. Very spacious as well. Nice view of the Indianapolis Zoo. We parked the public lot across the street. It was easy in and out. Weight room had top of the line exercise equipment. Starbucks onsite with plenty of room to visit with friends, play cards or do a puzzle. "

"This was our 6th time staying at Hyatt House. The hotel is in a great downtown location & being directly across from Gainbridge Fieldhouse so perfect for Pacers games, concerts etc. The rooms are always spotless & the beds are comfy. The breakfast bar is AMAZING! Tons of great options & always hot & fresh! This last visit was disappointing with a couple of staff members at check in. We found them short, dismissive & a little bit argumentative when it came to the parking garage parking. In the past, we were visiting for my Husband’s cancer surgery and treatments and we booked through an organization called Procare through IU Healthcare. They are extremely helpful and when you book with them, you get free parking in the garage. Otherwise it’s $52 per night (yes $52!)to park in the garage attached to the Hyatt house. You’re supposed to as we were told several times, scan your room card to get out but it didn’t work. In fact I got charged double for my parking which has recently been refunded. I voiced my concern and I was told that they were very busy. I understand that they are busy, but I am a paying customer AND a repeat customer and I just wanted my concerns heard. These two particular staff members will not discourage us from staying here again, but I think they need a little bit of a lesson in Customer Service and pleasantries! Thank you!"

"The fitness center was well equipped, the bar area is very nice, and the location was great. It would have been nice to have an on site laundry & although this is a historic beautiful hotel, it is also very expensive. I always find it ironic that the more expensive a hotel is, the fewer amenities are included with your stay. No free parking, breakfast or even coffee in the lobby."

"Unfortunately, this was not a good stay as a long time Hilton Honors member. Our first room had inoperable lights, TV, and hotel phone. We were then moved into a new room where the hotel phone was still inoperable and the AC unit sound was unbearable to sleep through. "
