During my recent stay, I encountered several issues that detracted from the overall experience. Many fees were not clearly disclosed in advance, including a daily parking charge. At check-in, staff failed to mention that my room key could be used to access the parking gate, which caused unnecessary confusion.
I also rented poolside chairs for two days and was charged an additional waiter service fee. However, the service was inconsistent—on the second day, the chairs were prepared with towels and accompanied by a bucket of ice-cold water, while no amenities were provided on the first day.
Additionally, the website is not user-friendly. Its structure makes it difficult to locate essential information, and the overall navigation experience is frustrating.
Unfortunately, these issues left a negative impression, and I do not plan to return.
