"Water should stay one temp instead of scorching hot and then freezing cold. Wifi should also not turn on an off all day. Lots of rust as well. Might just need a new building"

"The hotel staff was not friendly, when I had a question or my room flooded when I showered they acted like I was bothering them. The property is out dated and doesn’t look anything like the pictures posted. The pool needs to be cleaned and there was not a fire pit at all. It was nice to be able to walk directly to the beach though. "

"Ocean front view was great.... room not so much. Needed updating, kitchen had no dishes or utensils, carpet needed replacing or at least cleaned, bathroom needs fixing and updating...definitely not worth the $355 a night "

"Would not recommend booking at this Hyatt. Way too many inconveniences. For starters out of only 2, there was only 1 elevator working and this property had 10 floors. So most of my vacation was spent waiting on the elevator. The steps weren’t an option the hotel locked the exit door to the steps stating it was a safety hazard so you were forced to wait 10-15 minutes for the 1 working elevator. My stay was for 4 nights and we never saw housekeeping. We had to ask the front desk for fresh towels and toilet tissue since the rolls our room came with were halfway used. This also required waiting on the 1 elevator to go downstairs. The parking is extremely tight so just expect for your car to have new dings and scratches. There are no microwaves in the room but the property said they provide a “community” microwave well it disappeared on my 2nd night being there and the front desk said it was broke and they did not replace it. This was a very disappointing trip and when I went to speak with the manger to see what plan they have in place for all the inconveniences I had this weekend I was told there was nothing they can do since I booked through a 3rd party. Very disappointing and the staff was really inconsiderate. "

"The first room they put us was not good. The bathroom light didn’t work, neither did the fridge, or the ac. They then downgraded our room when we brought this to their attention. Not very happy with the experience. "
