After a nightmare stay at another local hotel I had to book this stay emergently and they made everything smooth and we’re able to allow me to check in early. The amenities at the resort while a little outdated are perfect. There is a game room a tiki bar. You can sit with friends and family at a hot tub and a pool and direct beach access. "We stayed at this hotel over the weekend while attending rockville 2026. There was plenty of parking, rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were so nice and helpful."

"SLUMLORD. Rooms were thrown together horribly, 1/2 the lights didn’t work, the toilet was leaking onto the floor (in an upstairs suite) window in a bathroom that goes to a hallway that can be seen straight into and the window was unlocked when we arrived. I paid 35 dollars for extra parking and came home at 1am with nowhere to park and the vehicle that was already there was completely blocked in. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to an enemy"

"Owner is amazing providing the history of the home meeting us at the door to take our luggage. Breakfast was great, rooms are age appropriate in the era, several outdoor areas for relaxing , communal area with a tv, but frankly unplugging was absolutely awesome. Will 100% be back, we stayed before a cruise and had a 25 minute drive down us1 which was lovely. Give it a try"

"I was very disappointed with the room, dank,dark, a strange odor. Nothing like the picture. I was told my truck and trailer would fit in a grass space next to the highway. It did not. It protruded into the entrance drive way on a very busy street. Thinking about my liability I decided not to stay. The manager was very rude and threatened to not return my payment. "The location is great, however the facilities can be better, it will be great if they remodel the rooms and put an actually reception were people can check in properly."

"Amazing customer service from the live-in manager and his staff. Available all hours of the day and night with great recommendations for food and activities. Property is a little on the weathered side but was extremely suitable for a stay. Beds were quite comfortable even though the frame was a popping metal that made noises at every movement. Great air conditioners, nice televisions, and wonderful water pressure in the shower. Would absolutely stay here again."

"We had bugs in the bed blood in the sheets nasty smell in the refrigerator and nasty mildew smell in the bathroom . I barely didn’t want to shower we had to cut out stay short because of the bed and leave in the middle of the night due to no extra rooms. The breakfast was the only thing decent they had and barely that . The elevators barely worked and this is by far the worst hotel i ever stayed in. The staff manager at check in was rude and had an attitude as well. "

"Beautiful historic waterfront property where we watched dolphins every morning as we ate our delicious breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Lots of attention to detail every where you looked. The location was close to Daytona which was perfect for our two days at Rockville. The New Smyrna public beach was so close and an excellent place to relax. We would 100% stay here again!"
