"At the Westin for business. Everything was fantastic! The rooms spacious, the bed comfortable, the staff helpful."

"The flors (carpet and hard floors) were sticky and dirty. I reserved a room with a roll in shower for handicapped and was given a handicapped room with a tub. When I’m charged almost $200. For a room I expect cleanliness and the facility I reserved, not what was left. Will not be staying in a Residence Inn in the future. Management offered no solution except to say carpet would be cleaned. "
