日本のラブホテルに相当するホテルだと思います。 今回は、飛行機の乗り継ぎで短時間で安く泊まれるホテルを探していたので利用しました。 金浦空港から片道約40分でソウル市内からも1号線でいけます。また、立地も駅から徒歩10分以内なので、良いです。 受付の方は、簡単な英語で意思疎通ができて、質問に対しても親切に対応してくれたので、好印象です。 1つ注意点があり、バスルームのトイレとバスタブの間にカーテンがありません。そのため、シャワーを浴びたらトイレまで水浸しになります（今回利用した部屋に無かっただけかもしれませんが、、、）。
