"Brand new and super clean and comfortable and staff was great. But the garbage was piledup right by the gate to the pool - ick. And the bread/rolls at the breakfast were hard as rocks. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars."

"Pros: king bed was very comfortable and the room was large.
Good lighting.
Check in staff was friendly.
Small and likely "family run" hotel which we love, but sadly, SO MANY reasons to not stay here.
Cons: Dirty. Dirty everywhere except the sheets, mini-fridge, and microwave.
Filthy floor. Swept, but not mopped. Black socks after walking around the room for 5 minutes.
2 guests in room and we were left with 3 towels. No wash cloths, no hand towels, no bath mat, no anti-slip mat for shower.
No plastic liner for the ice bin.
Bathroom trash can had garbage in it from last guest.
Opened and used soap in shower.
BAD area of town. A lot of homeless milling around.
On a loud and busy street.
Scary clientele - loud, disrespectful, fight at 2am - just waiting for the bullets to start flying.
Nothing worth seeing or doing nearby.
Many repairs needed, but the ones they have done are very poorly executed.
Just overall gross!
