"The hotel is strategically located in the heart of the town, within walking distance of major city attractions. While the building itself is older, it is clean and well maintained. The towels and bed linens were fresh, and the room was equipped with air conditioning. The breakfast selection is modest but sufficient. Wi‑Fi worked very well throughout the stay, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the surrounding area."

"The staff were lovely, very accommodating, helpful and polite. They were professional at all times and really the only positive thing about the hotel stay, saving the score by 3 stars. The hotel itself was in very poor condition. The windows were broken, the door frames were broken, the decor was old and tired, the carpets and curtains were frayed - clearly the hotel has not been maintained since it's opening around 2011 and it really does show!"
