"I love the lunch and breakfast buffet. It’s definitely worth what paid for. Our Ala cart orders didn’t work out very well and I returned a dish. My kiddos enjoyed the pool. The bed is very very comfortable. Staff very accommodating with our requests for a pack and play, 2 extra pillows. Yes, I’d stay here again. FYI, the room we stayed in didn’t have frosted glass and you could see through the blinds when another person is using the toilet and taking a bath. Something to consider. "

"Stayed in 2 different rooms lefts for a few days for a side trip. First room was awesome. Keep in mind the condo's are owned by different owners so every room is different. The bed and shower in the first room 10/10. This is why I went back. However the 2nd room the bed was a 6/10 shower was a 7/10 the Internet didn't work in either room. The pool and workout room is nice walking distance to festive walk Mall am is also close "

"J7 plaza hotel was amazingly nice. We enjoyed everything it offered, from courteous staff willing to help, the beautiful infinity pool on top with city view, and the free breakfast was superb. The restaurant servers were very polite and helpful. The front desk reps were very accommodating, and a beautiful artistic lobby was neat. The hotel was close to shopping places, like the Mega Mall, restaurants & walking distance to FUNDADOR museum was a plus. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone."
