First check in staff was nice. She was helpful and explained things very well. We had two rooms so we checked in early to one and did a normal check in later on the second.
The second staff member, Dominic, had horrible customer service. Very condescending, and passive aggressive. Had to speak to the manager about the confusing billing methods they do and even the manager was rude. Made the stay a little bitter just because they are not very welcoming. Rooms was good though
