"Schönes Hotel, gute Lage, gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Service könnte noch verbessert werden, z.B. regelmässig prüfen ob noch Toilettenpapier im SPA noch vorhanden ist. Grössere Abstellkammer um die Koffern sicher zu lagern und nicht einfach im Gang unbeaufsichtig abstellen. Bauarbeiten nicht um 6 Uhr morgens starten, wenn das Hotel voller Gäste ist, sondern ausserhalb der Saison planen etc."

"2 out of 4 nights of my stay there were children in the indoor pool even though it was supposed to be 14+ only after 6pm. This was quite annoying. The jacuzzi was also not operational for the whole week I was there. Staff were very friendly. Room was very spacious and an excellent location. Just slightly let down by things within their control."

"The hotel is cleaned to a very high standard. On our arrival we were met by Vladimir who was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. Our room was immaculate with clean towels twice a day, Marlon needs a special mention as he always left a different artwork with towels on our daily return. The Quaterdeck bar is great, a special mention must go to Reuben and Ritika who were so attentive and always so welcoming, loveliest people. "Tolles Hotel mit sehr gutem Meerzugang, sehr freundliches Personal."

"Staff was very friendly, location was amazing, rooftop bar/pool was such a vibe. I will say the food at the rooftop pool exceeded my expectations and the food overall in the restaurants were also very tasty. "The hotel is centrally located to walk to all of the attractions in Valletta and transport to every where outside of the city. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioning kept us comfortable and the shower was fitted with a rain shower head and a handheld one as well. The staff was excellent.
