"Bonjour, Aucun membre de l'équipe ne maîtrise le français. Toutefois, il serait plus judicieux de mettre à jour vos photos, car cela commence à dater, à mon avis. L'accueil diffère complètement de celui présenté sur la photo. En ce qui concerne la chambre, les murs ont été repeints, mais de manière bâclée, car il y a beaucoup de débordements. Le wi-fi fait défaut, car il est impossible de se brancher. L'espace pour l'entrée de la douche est vraiment limité. Je me suis ébouillantée 2 ou 3...

"Hervorragendes Hotel – absolut empfehlenswert! Das Hotel war super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist perfekt – zentral gelegen, sodass man überall schnell hinkommt. "The staff were exceptional throughout our stay; delivered a bottle of Prosecco and small bite-sized cakes to the room after noticing it was my partners birthday from her passport during check-in, then gave us a complimentary drinks voucher for not being able to check us in (we were early and they managed to get us in at the time we should have been in, but felt bad for saying it might be earlier). Both unprompted and thoughtful gestures."

"Even amidst a busy street, the hotel room was quiet. The balcony faced the sea, a lovely place to sit and enjoy the harbor. The staff was gracious and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and was delicious. The staff was welcoming, gracious and helpful. The only criticism is that the signage is lacking at street level. It was difficult to find the hotel. The parking is a bit inconvenient, but not terrible."
