"The property is a short walk from the train station. The lack of a front desk was a little weird and new for us but the check in through ipad was easy and clear. We had left some important items in the hotel room after check out and the 24 hour service center at our next Minn hotel was able to contact the right people to arrange pick up of these items. They were so helpful and kind. Just amazing. "

"More spacious than Tokyo hotel rooms for sure. I like that the shower room is separate from the toilet room, and there's an in-house washing machine. Within walking distance from Dotonburi, Kurumon market and Shinsaibashi shopping. My family of 5 arrived at 1pm. Check-in doesn't happen until 3pm. They have a luggage storage for rent while waiting, which was my original plan. When we got there, the caretakers are in the middle of cleaning our room from the previous renter. "Room condition was great and size was a plus only downside was that the sign is quite small so spotting it was a little hard. The check-in information email contained a detailed guide on how to find it though. The email was not automatically sent to me though I had to request it but their response to my email was very quick and helpful!"
