This was a decent hotel, not the best but not the worst. The room was clean, the fridge worked (too good) and the AC was cold. The hotel seems older and there were many upgrade, but somethings were still outdated. The bathroom being the main one. It was small, the light was barely functional and the sink and shower were small. Overall for the price and the time I stayed I would definitely recommend.

Liked the location was easy to find. We had a loud generator or some sort of machine right outside our window that made it hard to sleep.. it eventually left but it was sooo loud when we first got there. No coffee maker in room as described. Other than that, it was clean and beds were comfortable.

We stayed here while on a 3 weeks trip out west. This was by far the worst stay. The staff was super nice and helpful. But the property is going through a renovation and it’s not good. The room smelled like old musty smoke. The hallways were dark, black and gray. The toilet struggled to flush. The lighting was not good. The shower surround reminded me of the 1980s. The hallways were loud. A lot of slamming of doors and people talking late into the night. We heard people fighting in the back parking lot. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nothing special. Definitely would not stay here ever again

They are remodeling this property, the people above us were extremely rude at night, jumping around and stomping most of the 3 nights that we were there. Otherwise it was alright. The staff are extremely nice and very helpful.

Advertise microwave in room. Not there. Use house phone to call main desk. No phone We were there 2 weeks ago. Hallway still not clean Sign at front entrance no smoking within 50 feet. Maid smoking next to sign. No lock on back door Goat heads. I have never seen so many. Bottom of shoes covered Bed was comfortable

The property was poorly maintained. It almost looked like they were in the middle of a remodel but I'm fairly certain they were not. If so, there should be signs explaining that. Our room was clean enough but had to cgange rooms because our TV screen was physically broken. Front desk person was nice.

The staff are friendly and helpful! The motel is being renovated and the room overall is incredibly new and comfortable except the shower faucet, which was hard to turn on/off. I was told they are going to renovate the bathroom as well. It has two bedside tables, which is rare, a fridge and microwave. The bed linens look new and the bed is comfortable.. It also offers free continental breakfast.

It was perfect for what it was, a one night stopover on a long trip. Excellent price point for the area. Location was good, close to the gorgeous parkway along the river. It was important for us to have a large, safe area to park truck with trailer and a place that accepted dogs. They are in the process of renovating, what they've done is nice. The breakfast was typical motel fare, no hot foods other than a toaster and waffle maker. I'm not a picky or high end tourist - the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. No fancy towels required.

They are doing construction, and it was very confusing as to how to get to your room. When I got to my room the plunger was in the middle of the bathroom floor, and my toilet was still clogged. Staff was nice, and the bed was comfy.

The breakfast was minimal but ok. Room was clean and well located. However, there was a low level hum noise that was intermittent and annoying. The TV would not work because it was a "smart" TV and required something like an Amazon Prime account to use (which I'm not going to attach to a hotel TV). A screw was missing from the door jam locking plate which made the door less secure. We told staff about these things. They couldn't get the TV to work but offered to move us to a room with one that "might" work. But we were already settled and didn't think it was worth the extra work. For the other things the would just say they will look into it (but I bet they didn't).

This is not the nicest Super 8. Our room on the second floor was ok but it could use a refresh. The outside doors to the motel didn't lock which concerned me. There were cracked windows on the first floor and garbage stacked up by a shed- no dumpster. The landscaping was dead around the building. Just not up to today's standards for a Super 8. The beds and pillows were clean & comfy. The breakfast was sufficient but not like the other Super 8 we just stayed at in Custer SD. Oh and the TV system they just put in didn't work for us.The reception desk guy was very nice and got the TV onto the internet for us but then our usual channels were not available unless you subscribe to Netflix, Hulu etc. but then of course you would have to log out before driving away or the next guest could continue to use your access. That is not acceptable.
