The location is excellent within walking distance of dining, the river walk and some small shopping. The room could've been cleaner, the furniture was worn, the mattress was hard and uncomfortable.

The staff at front desk was extremely helpful! The room could’ve used vacuuming everywhere. TV remote didn’t work. Very noisy between traffic and other sounds at 4am. Overall.. a place to get some rest for the night.

Not worth the price

First arrived sink was clog, which they did fix right away, housekeeper never came, we had to ask front desk for clean towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, soap. Light in bathroom kept turning off while in bathroom, told front desk, never got fix, at one point our key stop working couldn't get in front desk fix it. Staff was nice.

The bed was comfortable, the pillows were too hard. All of the furnishing were tired, frayed, or chipped. TV worked. Outside side door entry did not work. Staff was helpful. A low cost place to stay.

The hotel is nice but could really use some TLC. The furniture in the room was very worn with tear marks on the upholstery. The door to the bathroom had damage to the bottom of it like something got caught. The hallway floors looked like they had just been replaced. They look nice. The room was very clean though. I was surprised to hear a vacuum going at 7:00 in the evening. That was a bit frustrating for all the noise. Staff was nice. Breakfast was okay, but not much effort was put forth.

Hotel room was clean looking. Shower curtain was extremely dirty. Hotel offered breakfast but never restocked it. Multiple guests couldnt have breakfast. No staff were even around to ask for assistance. 2nd day our room key stopped working. Went to front desk and all they said was "it happens " which i think is bull. Will not be staying there again
