Staff was friendly hotel was clean and quiet. We played games in the lobby, nice stay.

Microtel Inn by Wyndham Broken Bow
Room was clean. Staff courteous however, they were all 3 new and struggled with check in. I would suggest the owners train their employees. TV did not work even after receiving a new remote. Vending was iut of order. V a cuiming of the hallway began about 8 am!

Very clean room! Great features like a sound machine, ceiling fans, and a fireplace made the room feel like home.

Hotel Phillips
A/C in room was broken during our stay, check in/out process went smoothly except you need a code at the front door past 6:30pm. My door code was in my check in envelope on the front desk so I’m think figure out a way to upload that to Expedia or send an automated message?
