"Awesome location. Nice room. Impeccably clean. On the other hand, the physical design of the breakfast buffet was the worst I have seen. It was in a corner and created a traffic jam. There were few tables in there too. At least the food was good."

"We booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool. But on arrival were informed that it was out of use. It became available the next day and we enjoyed it. The position of the hotel in Lourdes is excellent. You are in the middle of everything. The rooms were clean and tidy but there was no shampoo included so go prepared. Also only one coffee each per day. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Would we stay again? Yes, probably in summer. But in the winter, we'd find somewhere equally convenient without the pool and it's added expense."

"Hotel is clean and perfectly located. The restaurant has a limited menu with acceptable. Service. Staff is wonderful. Rooms are large, but decorated in a dated fashion. Do not expect luxury. No daily water provided and room coffee is instant variety. Paper cups in bathroom and basic soaps. Nothing special. A solid 3 Star hotel that could rise to 4 star with a few minor upgrades."

"This hotel was ideally located, a 2 minute walk from Pau centre. The parking was really handy, and free! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and air conditioned. We had an amazing time here."

"Very basic room. Affordable if you need to stay awhile. The shower was very small. Avoid if you are a person of size. Staff was helpful."
